I have hired Accurate Electric to do the electrical and they are licensed and will be getting their permit as soon as the building permit is approved. They are based in Snohomish. I do not have a general contractor as the construction part is so small. I have hired a contractor who will be framing the utility closet and a drywall person who was referred to me by the landlord. I will be hiring a licensed plumber to install the utility sink and they will get permits if it is required for their work.
