SWPPP NARRATIVE <br /> SWPPP <br /> MR 1 Plan Narrative <br /> II. Project Description <br /> The project will construct the Cafeteria Building F of the previously approved site <br /> plan for the Northshore Christian Church. The proposed development area is <br /> approximately 0.40 acres <br /> III. Existing Conditions <br /> 1. The existing topography is a flat sloped area that is currently used for <br /> parking and has a gravel surface. The site slopes to the north to the existing <br /> detention pond facility that was sized for the entire Northshore Christian <br /> Church site of approximately 33 acres. <br /> 2. Existing vegetation is lawn mowed grass. <br /> IV. Adjacent Areas <br /> Adjacent areas are directed to the existing detention pond by interconnected pipe <br /> conveyance system. <br /> V. Critical Areas <br /> No critical areas are found within the proposed work areas. <br /> VI. Soils <br /> Alderwood gravelly sandy loam. <br /> VII. Erosion Problem Areas <br /> Anytime a site is opened for construction, the potential for erosion occurs. <br /> However, in this project the site is flat and there is erosion control measures <br /> provided to control it. <br /> MR2 SWPPP NARRATIVE <br /> I.
