Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> General <br /> 1. An elevator (or interior ramp) should be provided for this project. Section 1104.5 <br /> 2. It should be verified that a grease interceptor will be provided for this project or that an <br /> existing interceptor on site is adequate for the increased discharge as required by <br /> Industrial Pre-Treatment. <br /> 3. The Type I hood and exhaust duct will be reviewed under separate permit however the <br /> wall behind the hood should be shown as steel-stud framed. IMC <br /> 4. Emergency egress lighting should be shown at the exterior of the building at the exit <br /> discharge locations. Section 1008.3.2 <br /> 5. The rise and run of the stairs should be shown on the plans. Section 1011.5.2 <br /> 6. Handrail extension requirements should be shown on the plans. Section 1014.6 <br /> 7. The storage under the stairs should be noted to be of minimum one-hour fire-resistive <br /> construction. A detail should be provided for the fire-resistive lid (as fire-tested in the <br /> horizontal configuration).Section 1011.7.3 <br />
