4. It appears that Details 3/S3 and 5/S3 do not have the minimum steel reinforcement <br />required per ACI 318, Table 24.4.3.2. Please provide this reinforcement on the details. <br />5. Detail 5/S3 appears to indicate that the new footing is partially bearing on the existing <br />footing. Please provide a calculation indicating that new loading with the existing <br />footing loads does not exceed the bearing pressure indicated in the geotechnical report. <br />If you have any questions, please email or call me at (425) 257-7287.
