FINAL DECLARATION OF ;VON -SIGNIFICANCE SEPA # 35-E3 (Uvr) This Final Declaration of Nonsignificance shall expire one year from date of issuance unless a completed building permit application has been submitted within that time. A request for a one year extension of this Final Declaration of Nonsignificance may be made to the Planning Director prior to the expiration date. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of grading and building permits to allow the construction of an approximately 5,376 sq. ft. office building, and approximately 12,000 sq• ft. warehouse building, and an 1,000 gallon gasoline tank on an approximately 2 acre site. The following factors were considered and the listed requirements were placed in response to comments submitted during our review of an environmental checklist for this proposal: 1. The site a zoned M-M, Medium Manufacturing Zone, which would permit the proposed use. The site is vacant and is wooded primarily with Alder saplings and associated understory, and a few scattered large Evergreen_ The site slopes to the east and includes approximately 302 slopes on the eastern portion of the property. 2. Substantial excavation is anticipated (approximately 11,000 cubic yards of material); however, no importing or exporting of earth is expected. 3.
