FINAL DECLARATION OF ;VON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA # 35-E3 (Uvr) <br />This Final Declaration of Nonsignificance shall expire one year from <br />date of issuance unless a completed building permit application has <br />been submitted within that time. A request for a one year extension of <br />this Final Declaration of Nonsignificance may be made to the Planning <br />Director prior to the expiration date. <br />DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSAL: <br />The proposed action is the issuance of grading and building permits to allow the <br />construction of an approximately 5,376 sq. ft. office building, and approximately <br />12,000 sq• ft. warehouse building, and an 1,000 gallon gasoline tank on an <br />approximately 2 acre site. The following factors were considered and the listed <br />requirements were placed in response to comments submitted during our review of an <br />environmental checklist for this proposal: <br />1. The site a zoned M-M, Medium Manufacturing Zone, which would permit the <br />proposed use. The site is vacant and is wooded primarily with Alder saplings <br />and associated understory, and a few scattered large Evergreen_ The site <br />slopes to the east and includes approximately 302 slopes on the eastern <br />portion of the property. <br />2. Substantial excavation is anticipated (approximately 11,000 cubic yards of <br />material); however, no importing or exporting of earth is expected. <br />3. Drainage Dust be designed in complaince with the City's Drainage Ordinance. <br />In lieu of providing on --site detentio <br />n C" <br />required. <br />
