Please describe the existing structures, hard surfaces, slopes, drainage patterns, drainage <br />pipes, vegetation, etc. <br />Two existing one story buildings for manufacture of rowing shells, and storage for related <br />materials and parts. The developed site is relatively flat. Paving and compacted gravel are <br />the parking and storage area surfaces. There is an approximate 20 ft. wide treed/vegetated <br />bank on the entire west border and a 45 ft. wide treed/vegetated bank on the entire east <br />border, sloping down to Hardeson Rd. An existing tightline catch basin system connects to <br />the storm line in Hardeson Rd. The project improvments include a building addition. Runoff <br />from the roof area will be collected in downspouts and tight lined to an existing private <br />storm drainage system. The existing storm drainage system will be un-altered with the <br />exception of the new roof leader connection. Runoff from the site discharges to the public <br />storm drainage system in Hardeson Rd. via 8" PVC pipe. <br />2.
