a. The door schedule should indicate that any locking devices on these doors are <br />readily distinguishable as being locked. <br />Accessibility <br />1. Please identify the main entrance, and the accessible route from the accessible parking <br />to the main entrance of the building which is being expanded, or if visitors are being <br />seen at the existing building A. <br />a. A van accessible space is required in addition to second accessible space. Please <br />dimension the van stall (with access aisle) as being 16 feet wide, per ICC- <br />A117.1-2009 section 502.2. <br />b. The location of the accessible parking should be on the shortest route to the <br />primary use and accessible building entrance, per IBC section 1106.6 and IEBC <br />section 1105.1. <br />2. Where it is technically infeasible to modify existing toilet rooms to be accessible, <br />accessible family or assisted use toilet should be shown on the plans per IBC Section <br />1109.2.1, as per Level 1 alterations IEBC Section 705.1.9 as amended by the State of <br />Washington. <br />3. Please include exterior lighting in the lighting summary and analysis, per WSEC table <br />C405.5.2 (1). The cover sheet of the lighting summary has been left blank on the <br />submittal. <br />3. Please include actual code section language on sheet G1.1 for interior lighting controls, <br />sensors, and all other methods of compliance covered in electrical power and lighting <br />systems per WSEC section C405. <br />4. Please indicate the prescriptive method of building envelope compliance on sheet P..1, <br />to include detailed R-Values of new or modified exterior walls, roof -ceiling cavities, man - <br />doors and garage doors, per WSEC section C402.1. <br />a.
