1 Filtration Plant; and 2 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Section 3 of Ordinance No. 628-79 should 3 be corrected due to an error in deleting certain out-of-City charges. 4 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 5 Section 1: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 628-79 which reads as follows: 6 Section 3: Effective August 1, 1981, and thereafter, the monthly water rates 7 and charges together with monthly minimum charges, special charges and penalties prevailing throughout the water system shall be as follows: 8 9 A. Within the City Limits. 10 1. Fixed rate $9.75 per unit 11 2. Metered rate a. Consumption charge: 12 First 600 cu. ft., 0-600 cu. ft. $6.43 13 Next 1,400 cu. ft., 600-2,000 cu. ft. .64 per 100 cu. ft. Next 4,000 cu. ft., 2,000-6,000 cu. ft. .55 per 100 cu. ft. 14 Next 3,000 cu. ft., 6,000-9,000 cu. ft. .36 per 100 cu. ft. Next 211,000 cu. ft., 9,000-220,000 cu. ft. .19 per 100 cu. ft. 15 Next 3,280,000 cu. ft., 200,000-3,500,000 cu. ft. .13 per 100 cu. ft. Over 3,500,000 cu. ft.
