The rates for water supplied exclusively for fire protection purposes shall be deemed service charges and shall be for any one month, or 2 fractional part thereof, as follows: 3 Size of Service Service Charge 4 inches $ 4.00 4 6 inches 5.50 8 inches 7.50 5 10 inches 10.00 12 inches 12.00 6 7 B. Outside the City Limits. 8 1. Individual Meters. The consumption and minimum monthly charges for individual metered services outside the City limits shall be computed in the 9 same manner as for metered customers within the City and then a surcharge of twenty-five percent of this amount shall be added to the charge so 10 computed to arrive at the total monthly water charge. 11 2. Master Meters. 12 a. The consumption charges for master meters to water districts, water associations, or other persons or organizations serving more than one 13 individual shall be as follows: 14 i. For master meters connected east of the Snohomish River the charge shall be: 15 First 600 cu. ft., 0-600 cu. ft. $4.80 16 Next 1,400 cu. ft., 600-2,000 cu. ft. .48 per 100 cu. ft. Next 4,000 cu. ft., 2,000-6,000 cu. ft. .41 per 100 cu. ft. 17 Next 3,000 cu. ft., 6,000-9,000 cu. ft. .27 per 100 cu. ft. Next 211,000 cu. ft., 9,000-220,000 cu. ft. .14 per 100 cu. ft. 18 Next 3,280,000 cu. ft., 220,000-3,500,000 cu. ft. .10 per 100 cu. ft. Over 3,500,000 cu. ft.
