The applicable minimum monthly charge for master meters outside the City limits shall be computed by adding to the appropriate sized 15 individual metered service minimum monthly charge, an additional charge of one dollar and fifty cents for each additional premises 16 supplied through such master meter. The total sum so computed shall constitute the minimum monthly charge without regard to actual 17 consumption. 18 3. Area Served by Pumping. In such areas outside the City limits which shall be served by the City's pumping station located at 60th and Evergreen Way, 19 the consumption and minimum monthly charges shall be computed in the manner specified for other metered customers outside the City up to a 20 monthly consumption of two hundred twenty thousand cubic feet. All water used monthly in excess of two hundred twenty thousand cubic feet shall be 21 paid for at the rate of nineteen cents per one hundred cubic feet. 22 4. Service Connection Charges. Service connection installations of all sizes shall be charged at the actual cost of the complete installation but in no 23 event shall the charge for a three-quarter inch, a one-inch or a two-inch service be less than the amounts set forth in Paragraph A 4b of this section. 24 5. Delinquent Penalty and Special Charges. The delinquent penalty charge as 25 set forth in Paragraph A 5 of this section and the special charges as set forth in Paragraph A 6 of this section, shall apply to customers outside the 26 City limits also except that a twenty-five percent surcharge shall be added thereto. 27 Section 2: Effective January 1, 1982, and thereafter, the monthly water rates 28 and charges together with monthly minimum charges, special charges and penalties 29 prevailing throughout the water system shall include a filtration charge and shall be as 30 follows: 31 32 -7-
