• <br /> • <br /> • • • • S <br /> 1 Section 5: That Ordinance No. 518-78, Section 5 which reads as follows: <br /> 2 <br /> A permit may be renewed within sixty days prior to its date of expiration, <br /> 3 provided there continues to be use in reliance on said permit, by making <br /> application for renewal in the same manner as for the original permit and <br /> 4 by paying a renewal fee of fifty dollars. The city clerk shall make the <br /> determinations and issue or refuse to issue the renewed permit pursuant <br /> 5 to the requirements of this section and pursuant to the provisions of this <br /> chapter related to the issuance of the original permit. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> 8 Section 6: That a new section be added to Ordinance No. 518-78 which reads <br /> 9 as follows: <br /> 10 <br /> Cash Bond.
