Homeowners: A homeowner's association shall be established to handle <br /> maintenance of common areas. The homeowner's document shall be reivewed by <br /> j) the City Planning Department prior to sale of any units. <br /> 14. Fire: Fire hydrants are required 200 feet from any structure. <br /> 15. School: The Sponsor shall provide a bus shelter on Glenwood Avenue. <br /> 16. Bonding: A bond shall be posted to guarantee compliance with final landscaping <br /> plan. <br /> 17.
