June 13, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., June 13, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, McNeal, Bader, and Tuohy were present. Council Member <br /> Stonecipher was expected to be a few minutes late, and Mayor Franklin <br /> was excused. <br /> Council Member Bader led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher entered the council chambers at 6:31 p.m. <br /> The minutes of the June 6, 2018, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Moore noted there was a graduation ceremony occurring <br /> at the Angel of the Winds Arena this evening, and he congratulated all <br /> families with graduating students. <br /> Council Member McNeal reported on her attendance at the Sorticulture <br /> Garden Arts Festival on Saturday and the Riverside Neighborhood <br /> meeting last evening. <br /> Council Member Tuohy reported that she attended the Evergreen <br /> Neighborhood meeting last week and the Snohomish County 911 SERS <br /> Joint Board meeting last Thursday. She also provided a report on the <br /> Public Safety Subcommittee meeting held earlier this evening. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher stated she attended Sorticulture on Sunday <br /> and the Port Gardner Neighborhood meeting on Monday. She also <br /> provided a liaison report on her attendance at the Parks Board meeting <br /> 179 <br />
