(1) CB 1807-23 — 1st and 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to regular property taxes; providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the City a special election to be held in conjunction with the state general election on November 6, 2018, of a proposition authorizing the City to levy regular emergency medical services property taxes in excess of the limitations of Chapter 84.55 RCW for emergency medical services; setting forth the text of the ballot proposition, directing the proper City officials to take necessary actions; and providing for other related matters. (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the amended and restated Interlocal Agreement between the City of Everett and the Everett Public Facilities District for a contingent loan agreement relating to the Everett Public Facilities District's 2018 Bond refinance.
