PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (4) CB 1804-15 — 2nd Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2018 revised City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance No. 3584-17. (3rd and final reading on 7-18-18). CONSENT: (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,348,561.89 for the period of June 23, 2018 through June 29, 2018. (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,204,511.68 for the period ending June 23, 2018. (7) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $7,402,423.80 for the period of May 1, 2018 through May 31, 2018. (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with South Kitsap Fire and Rescue. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign Professional Services Agreement with FlowWorks Inc. for data management services for Public Works rain gauge network in an amount not to exceed $26,000.00. (13) CB 1806-22 —3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the City's regulations concerning the Aiming or Discharging of Firearms, amending Section 131 of Ordinance No. 1145-85 (EMC 10.78.070. (14) Approve the Settlement of Collens v. City of Everett, Cause No. 18-2-00686-31, in the amount of $16,000.
