The ACH is looking for partners throughout the North Sound <br /> region working in areas of care coordination, addressing opioid addiction, and integrating behavioral and <br /> physical health including police departments,fire departments,and local governments. The application is <br /> only a statement of interest in partnership,but there are future potential funding opportunities available to <br /> partners. Each partner must register for the Financial Executor Payment Portal ("Portal").To complete the <br /> registration, each partner agency must agree to the"Terms of Service Agreement"for use of the Portal. The <br /> "Terms of Service Agreement" (attached) include indemnity language. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize Mayor,by and through her designee,to accept the"Terms of Service Agreement"for the <br /> Medication Transformation Financial Portal and to take action including signing documents to accept and <br /> implement funding available to the City. <br /> 1 27 <br />
