Task 2—Final Design Documents <br /> CG Engineering will provide final design documents,which will include plans,specifications,and a cost estimate <br /> for the proposed project. Subtasks include: <br /> 2.1 Prepare 100%plans,which will serve as the bid documents. <br /> 2.2 Building department submittal and comment response. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • 100%plans will be stamped and signed by the design professionals <br /> • City will distribute all bid documents for the project. <br /> • City will pay all applicable permitting fees. <br /> Task 3—Construction Administration Services: <br /> This task includes supporting Burton on an as-needed basis during construction for the project. This support will be <br /> limited to incidental support and periodic collaboration with the City and the general contractor at the direction of <br /> the City. Subtasks include: <br /> 3.1 Review construction submittals as directed by Burton for conformance with the contract documents. Assist <br /> with clarifications and field changes during construction. We have assumed that Burton will take the lead in <br /> administering and managing the construction contract and communicating with the general contractor. <br /> 3.2 Attendance at up to(3)site meetings or site observations. <br /> 3.3 Preparation of as-built drawings. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • City personnel will be available for site meetings and provide input on construction issues. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Responses to submittals,clarifications,and changes as requested by the City. <br /> • Inspection and observation reports <br />
