Assumptions <br /> • The City will distribute all bid documents for the project. <br /> • City will pay all applicable permitting fees. <br /> • Specifications will be on the drawings in the form of notes. Detailed specifications are excluded. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Plans stamped by the design professionals in PDF format. <br /> Task 4—Construction Administration Services: <br /> This task includes supporting the City on an as-needed basis during construction for the project. This support will <br /> be limited to incidental support and periodic collaboration with the City and the general contractor at the direction of <br /> the City. Subtasks include: <br /> 4.1 Review construction submittals as directed by the City for conformance with the contract documents. Assist <br /> with clarifications and field changes during construction. We have assumed that the City will take the lead in <br /> administering and managing the construction contract and communicating with the subcontractors. <br /> 4.2 Attendance at up to(1)site meeting or site observation. <br /> 4.3 Preparation of as-built drawings. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • City personnel will be available for site meetings and provide input on construction issues. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Responses to submittals,clarifications,and changes as requested by the City. <br /> • Inspection and observation reports. <br /> PROJECT 2 <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Architectural consultant will be retained by CG for waterproofing design at new roof hatch openings,and <br /> other non-structural requirements outside of CG's areas of expertise. <br /> • The roof framing retrofit around the new roof openings will be design-build by the metal building <br /> manufacturer. <br /> • Specifications will be on the drawings in the form of notes. <br /> • Cost estimates are excluded. <br /> Task 1—Project Management&Coordination <br /> Under this task,CG Engineering will manage all aspects of the project scope,schedule and budget. Project <br /> management services include: <br /> 1.1 CG Engineering staff management. <br /> 1.2 Management and coordination of sub-consultants. <br /> 1.3 Communication and coordination with the City of Everett as required. <br />
