Assumptions • The City will distribute all bid documents for the project. • City will pay all applicable permitting fees. • Specifications will be on the drawings in the form of notes. Detailed specifications are excluded. Deliverables • Plans stamped by the design professionals in PDF format. Task 4—Construction Administration Services: This task includes supporting the City on an as-needed basis during construction for the project. This support will be limited to incidental support and periodic collaboration with the City and the general contractor at the direction of the City. Subtasks include: 4.1 Review construction submittals as directed by the City for conformance with the contract documents. Assist with clarifications and field changes during construction. We have assumed that the City will take the lead in administering and managing the construction contract and communicating with the subcontractors. 4.2 Attendance at up to(1)site meeting or site observation. 4.3 Preparation of as-built drawings. Assumptions • City personnel will be available for site meetings and provide input on construction issues. Deliverables • Responses to submittals,clarifications,and changes as requested by the City. • Inspection and observation reports. PROJECT 2 Assumptions: • Architectural consultant will be retained by CG for waterproofing design at new roof hatch openings,and other non-structural requirements outside of CG's areas of expertise. • The roof framing retrofit around the new roof openings will be design-build by the metal building manufacturer. • Specifications will be on the drawings in the form of notes. • Cost estimates are excluded. Task 1—Project Management&Coordination Under this task,CG Engineering will manage all aspects of the project scope,schedule and budget. Project management services include: 1.1 CG Engineering staff management. 1.2 Management and coordination of sub-consultants. 1.3 Communication and coordination with the City of Everett as required.
