Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the. <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Please see the Enclosed"Building Enclosure Submittal Checklist"and the"RCW 64.55 <br /> Multi-Family Certification Worksheet".•A worksheet is required to be submitted for each <br /> dwelling unit at the time of application for a building permit. Please provide one <br /> completed worksheet for each of the three dwelling units that were applied for on <br /> November 5, 2015. <br /> 2. The one-hour fire-resistant assembly on each side of the center structure is required to <br /> extend forward to the exterior vertical plane of the second floor. <br /> 3. The plans show two different whole house ventilation systems,please remove or strike <br /> the references to the whole house ventilation system that you are not using. <br /> 4. R-4 pipe insulation is required on all hot water piping in conditioned and non- <br /> conditioned spaces. Show requirement on plans. <br /> 5. Show location of forced air furnace on plans.
