The plans submitted for permits show an elevation change of 1 foot from one unit to the <br /> next The approved grading plans for this project include a table with finished floor levels <br /> for each lot. The table indicates an elevation change of 3.12 feet from lot 38 to lot 39 <br /> and 2.37 feet from lot 39 to lot 40. Elevation drawings should reflect the actual grades. <br /> It appears that the roof of the dwelling on lot 38 would be approximately 21 inches <br /> higher than the top of the roof of the dwelling on lot 39. <br /> 7. Provide building section drawings. Section drawings should reflect the actual conditions <br /> based on the finished floor levels for each structure. <br /> 8.
