I have the <br /> following comments: <br /> 1. The report section for Minimum Requirement#5 does a good job addressing individual BMP feasibility. <br /> However, some of the reasons provided for infeasibility are inadequate to fully justify infeasibility. Please <br /> provide additional infeasibility justification for the following BMPs: <br /> • Permeable Pavement: Use of infiltration rate as an infeasibility criteria requires a determination of <br /> infiltration rate using field investigation (PIT test). Under the new Ecology manual a classification of soils as <br /> Till is inadequate justification for an infeasibility determination. <br />
