OFF SITE ANALYSIS AND MITIGATION <br /> An Off Site Analysis and Mitigation Study meeting requirements outlined in Volume 1,Section 3.1.3 was <br /> performed on October 5,2017. The weather was partly cloudy at the time of the field inspection. See <br /> Downstream Analysis Map. <br /> TASK I: PROJECT OVERVIEW& STUDY AREA DEFINITION <br /> The proposed project is located on the west side of Lower Ridge Road in Everett WA <br /> Existing Site Conditions: The existing lot contains an existing home(which will be removed) and an <br /> existing access driveway. The majority of the site has been cleared and contains a few trees. The site <br /> drains to the east towards the road. <br /> TASK 2: REVIEW OF AVAILABLE INFORMATION ON STUDY AREA <br /> Resource Review: <br /> The following is a description of the resources that were reviewed for the preparation of this Level 1 <br /> Drainage Study: <br /> A.
