1. Assisting Ecology with communications to the community in <br /> regards to the project, as needed. <br /> 2. Reviewing and providing written comments on all construction <br /> related documentation(bid specifications,plans, other documents) <br /> as requested by Ecology in a timely fashion so as to maintain the <br /> project schedule. <br /> 3. Removing all fixtures and other equipment obstructing the Work <br /> that the City may wish to save or preserve. Obstructing items <br /> include,but are not limited to, art installations,trailers, vehicles, <br /> tents,movable sheds, lawn and landscaping decorations, swing sets <br /> and play equipment,wood piles,park benches, etc. <br /> Failure to remove all items obstructing the Work,unless specific <br /> exceptions have been agreed upon in advance with Ecology,may <br /> result in potential risk of loss or damage to those items and will <br /> result in a more limited area of the Property remediated and <br /> restored by Ecology. <br /> 4. Watering and maintaining the restored sod, shrubs,trees and other <br /> landscape features when instructed to take over those <br /> responsibilities by Ecology at the end of the contractor 60 day <br /> maintenance period. Ecology will provide recommendations for <br /> care. Failure to water, provide upkeep, and maintain restored <br /> sod, shrubs and trees in accordance with those care <br /> instructions will invalidate Ecology's one year warranty. This <br /> guarantee applies only to vegetation that Ecology purchases <br /> and installs. <br /> 5. Communicating concerns and questions regarding the Work to <br /> Ecology as soon as possible, at a minimum,within 24 hours. <br /> These concerns or questions should be sent in writing. <br /> 6. Informing appropriate City of Everett and Ecology staff <br /> immediately of disruption or damage of utility services if the event <br /> occurs while Ecology staff and contractors are not on the Property. <br /> 7. Attending weekly contractor, communications, and other meetings <br /> as needed. One staff member is required at each of the weekly <br /> construction meetings at a minimum. <br /> Owner Initials: Cid 6 <br /> 4 <br />
