1. Assisting Ecology with communications to the community in regards to the project, as needed. 2. Reviewing and providing written comments on all construction related documentation(bid specifications,plans, other documents) as requested by Ecology in a timely fashion so as to maintain the project schedule. 3. Removing all fixtures and other equipment obstructing the Work that the City may wish to save or preserve. Obstructing items include,but are not limited to, art installations,trailers, vehicles, tents,movable sheds, lawn and landscaping decorations, swing sets and play equipment,wood piles,park benches, etc. Failure to remove all items obstructing the Work,unless specific exceptions have been agreed upon in advance with Ecology,may result in potential risk of loss or damage to those items and will result in a more limited area of the Property remediated and restored by Ecology. 4. Watering and maintaining the restored sod, shrubs,trees and other landscape features when instructed to take over those responsibilities by Ecology at the end of the contractor 60 day maintenance period. Ecology will provide recommendations for care. Failure to water, provide upkeep, and maintain restored sod, shrubs and trees in accordance with those care instructions will invalidate Ecology's one year warranty. This guarantee applies only to vegetation that Ecology purchases and installs. 5. Communicating concerns and questions regarding the Work to Ecology as soon as possible, at a minimum,within 24 hours. These concerns or questions should be sent in writing. 6. Informing appropriate City of Everett and Ecology staff immediately of disruption or damage of utility services if the event occurs while Ecology staff and contractors are not on the Property. 7. Attending weekly contractor, communications, and other meetings as needed. One staff member is required at each of the weekly construction meetings at a minimum. Owner Initials: Cid 6 4
