Perform a minimum of twice weekly on-site visits to the project site during construction to inspect and approve work, or when requested by Ecology. If work is not approved,the City must provide notice of concern to Ecology in writing. Ecology maintains the final decision in the implementation of the project specifications. City staff will assist Ecology in developing a punch list of repair items as identified. City staff will also inspect and approve all repair work when it is completed. (8) Responsibilities of Ecology: Ecology's responsibilities shall include: 1. Providing project management, oversight and documentation of the Work performed by its agents, employees, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for each Property. 2. In the event a change needs to be made by Ecology in the Work for this Property, submitting an amendment to this Owner Agreement to the City for signature. 3. Communicating, coordinating, and scheduling with City representatives on activities relating to the remediation and restoration for each Property. Normal daily equipment operation will be 7:30 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays. In the unlikely event that Work is required for a weekend day or legal holiday, Ecology will request access during this time from the City of Everett at a minimum of seven(7) calendar days in advance of that day. Ecology will provide regular communication with City representatives during the Duration of the Agreement related to the progress of the Work. This communication will typically be provided by Ecology's on-site field representatives. This will include a once weekly meeting between the City representative and an Ecology staff person. 4. Respond to City questions and concerns as soon as possible, at a minimum,within 48 hours of receiving written notification. 5. Investigating potential construction issues or other situations that may be related to the Work if requested by City representatives.
