Perform a minimum of twice weekly on-site visits to the project
site during construction to inspect and approve work, or when
requested by Ecology. If work is not approved, the City must
provide notice of concern to Ecology in writing. Ecology
maintains the final decision in the implementation of the project
specifications. City staff will assist Ecology in developing a punch
list of repair items as identified. City staff will also inspect and
approve all repair work when it is completed.
(8) Responsibilities of Ecology:
Ecology's responsibilities shall include:
1. Providing project management, oversight and documentation of the
Work performed by its agents, employees, consultants, contractors,
and subcontractors for each Property.
2. In the unlikely event
that Work is required for a weekend day or legal holiday, Ecology
will request access during this time from the City of Everett at a
minimum of seven(7) calendar days in advance of that day.
Ecology will provide regular communication with City
representatives during the Duration of the Agreement related to the
progress of the Work.
