September 17, 2014 <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last 20 <br /> minutes, following the meeting concerning a legal matter pursuant to <br /> RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(c). <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Jesse Wofford, Everett, spoke about the licensing process for 1-502 <br /> recreational marijuana businesses.
