1 <br /> ' CITY OF EVERETT PUBLIC WORKS 00 21 13 <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br /> 3. Certificate of Insurance and additional insured endorsement,Document 00 72 13,Part 15.3 <br /> "Insurance,"of the Contract Documents. <br /> E. A Contract shall not be formed until the Contract Documents are signed by the Mayor. <br /> 1.24 TIME OF COMPLETION <br /> A. The Contractor shall complete the Work on or before the date or dates specified in <br /> Document 00 60 13 -Contract. <br /> 1.25 WAGES <br /> A. This Contract is subject to the minimum wage requirements of RCW 39.12 and to RCW 48.28, <br /> as amended or supplemented. Workers shall receive no less than the prevailing rate of wage. <br /> Bidder shall use the Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Snohomish County, effective <br /> at the time of bid opening. Bidder is solely responsible to use the schedule in effect at the Bid <br /> ' Opening Date, determine the appropriate labor classification(s), and use the appropriate and <br /> correct prevailing wage and benefit rate(s). <br /> 1. Current RCW 39.12 prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits can be found on line at <br /> http://www.lni.wa.gov/TradesLicensing/Prev Wage/WageRates/default.asp. <br /> a. Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Snohomish County, effective at the <br /> time of bid opening <br /> ' b. A copy of which will be made available upon written request to the Project Manager. <br /> c. City will mail a hard copy of the applicable wage rates upon request to the Project <br /> Manager. <br /> ' 2. The rules and regulations noted within the Contract Documents are available from: <br /> State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries City <br /> Employment Standards Division <br /> General Administration Building <br /> Olympia, Washington 98504 <br /> ' Contact: Janet Day <br /> (206)753-6317 <br /> ' B. Bidders are advised to examine and to be thoroughly familiar with such requirements. <br /> 1.
