It is a web-based solution that provides a single point of access for all <br /> treasury management needs, including information reporting and transaction <br /> initiation. <br /> • Voice initiation - Voice offers the flexibility of initiating wire transfers quickly, <br /> and provides a back-up process when a customer does not have access to a <br /> workstation. <br /> • Voice Recognition Unit (VRU) - VRU is an option of Voice for customers <br /> who use Repeat Codes. Customers call the regular Voice option toll-free <br /> number and select option "6" on their touch tone phones to initiate wire <br /> transfers set up as Repeat Codes without the assistance of an operator. <br /> • Batch Wire - Customers use Batch Wire to transmit file(s) of multiple wire <br /> transfers quickly. Batch Wire is U.S. Bank's wire transfer service, designed <br /> for large volumes of outgoing domestic and international (USD and foreign <br /> currency) wire transfer activity via direct transmission. The Batch Wire <br /> initiation and approval process is controlled through the customer's internally <br /> defined procedures and there are no U.S. Bank callbacks with this product. <br /> Wire transfers not received by the destination party in a reasonable period of time <br /> will be researched. U.S. Bank reviews each wire transfer failure on a case-by-case <br /> basis to determine how the transaction should be resolved. For wire transfers <br /> initiated by U.S. Bank and needing further investigation, the Bank sends an <br /> electronic message to the receiving financial institution. If the situation requires <br /> further escalation, the Bank calls the receiving financial institution. <br /> U.S. Bank's SinglePoint Wire Transfer module offers cutting-edge, internet-based <br /> treasury management services that support all aspects of wire transfer initiation, <br /> receipt, and processing.
