CONSENT: (13) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,432,324.15 for the period of July 14, 2018 through July 20, 2018. (14) Authorize the closure of Friday Avenue between 41st Street and 39th Street on August 19, 2018, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., for a neighborhood block party. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the City of Bothell.
