(16) Authorize the closure of Wetmore Avenue, between Funko building and the easement of the Everett Performing Arts Center and California Street between Rockefeller Avenue and the alley West of Wetmore Avenue, on August 18, 2018, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., for the one Year Anniversary Celebration for Funko retail store, sponsored by Funko. (17) Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreement between the City of Everett and the Mountaineers to provide a workshop to Everett Parks and Community Services youth participating in Adventure Camp. (18) Authorize the closure of one lane on West Mukilteo Boulevard, between Mukilteo Lane and Shore Avenue, on August 25, 2018, 8 a.m. to noon, for a 5K/10K run/walk, sponsored by Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival. (19) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Signature Authorization and Grant Agreement with Snohomish County Human Services to replace commercial kitchen equipment at the Carl Gipson Senior Center in the amount of $23,000. (20) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and City of Everett for provision of Juvenile Detention Services.
