I have extensive <br /> experience developing mixed use multifamily apartment and condominium projects. In the past seven years I <br /> have developed 4 projects on Capital Hill in Seattle and two projects in Shoreline. I am currently planning two <br /> additional 200+unit projects in Shoreline, one of which will break ground next year. <br /> I recently began sourcing land for multifamily development projects in the core area of Everett. I believe in the <br /> fundamentals of this City and anticipate the area will experience additional near-term growth, and would <br /> therefore benefit from the development of new, modern housing stock. <br /> I understand that the Council is considering zoning or use changes that would prohibit the opening or operation <br /> of certain Social Service Facilities in the downtown core area. I strongly recommend that Council consider <br /> adopting such a prohibition.
