I am in support of <br /> maintaining the current zoning restriction for the 2808 Hoyt Avenue location. The Courtyard by Marriott offers a "home <br /> away from home"for thousands of guests each year. We continue to share Everett's plan of growth and improvement <br /> in the projects ahead. Before opening the Courtyard by Marriott I continued to hear about the many plans for <br /> downtown Everett and the vibrant future ahead. Adding another clinic to the Urban Mixed Zone does not stay in-line <br /> with improving the downtown market and in turn growing the tourists market overall.
