Sometimes the mentally ill scream <br /> obscenities into the air, and we've heard of attacks on passers-by. <br /> Please don't allow an opening of a methadone clinic in Everett. We do approve of low income <br /> housing and feel very bad for the homeless from job loss, medical catastrophe, etc. and have <br /> wonderful neighbors in some Housing Hope complexes.
