Included in that rezone and development agreement was a parcel zoned C-1 (General Commercial), <br /> which is the parcel that has now been purchased by Sonrise Christian. <br /> Sonrise Christian requests their property be removed from the Development Agreement. Sonrise Christian <br /> proposes to use the site for an expansion of their parking lot,which accesses Airport Road through a <br /> different access point. Based on this change in access,there will be no access to the other lots within the <br /> remainder of the property affected by the Development Agreement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 3204-10, an Ordinance Rezoning Property Located on the <br /> East Side of Airport Road, South of 112th Street with a Development Agreement,Amending Ordinance No. <br /> 1671-89 (as amended) <br /> 29 <br />
