Included in that rezone and development agreement was a parcel zoned C-1 (General Commercial), which is the parcel that has now been purchased by Sonrise Christian. Sonrise Christian requests their property be removed from the Development Agreement. Sonrise Christian proposes to use the site for an expansion of their parking lot,which accesses Airport Road through a different access point. Based on this change in access,there will be no access to the other lots within the remainder of the property affected by the Development Agreement.
