WHEREAS,a public hearing on the proposed name change was held before Historical <br /> Commission on April 23, 2013, and the Historical Commission recommended approval <br /> of the name as proposed; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. The Everett City Council concurs with the Board of Parks Commissioners' and <br /> Everett Historical Commission's recommendations to rename the Northwest <br /> Neighborhood Park"Drew Nielsen Neighborhood Park;" and <br /> 2.
