AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of:
<br /> (1) Hardeson Road, from S.R. 526 North to 75th St. S.W. by the installation
<br /> of a 16" water line connection to existing 16" water system, fire
<br /> hydrants and storm sewer, sanitary side sewer installation from
<br /> existing main, and by the construction of an asphalt overlay, concrete
<br /> sidewalk, curbs and gutters and street lighting system, said systems
<br /> and improvements to include all incidental material, appurtenances,
<br /> and work necessary for a complete improvement; and,
<br /> (2) 16th Avenue West from 75th St.S.W. South to 80th St. S.W. by the
<br /> installation of fire hydrants, storm sewer system and the construction
<br /> of an asphalt roadway, concrete sidewalk, curbs and gutters and
<br /> street lighting system, said systems and improvements to include
<br /> all incidental material, appurtenances, and work necessary for a
<br /> complete improvement; and
<br /> (3) 80th Street S.W. from Hardeson Road West to 16th Avenue W. by
<br /> the installation of fire hydrants, storm sewer and sanitary side sewer
<br /> installation from existing sewer main, and by the construction of
<br /> concrete sidewalk, curbs and gutters, and street lighting system,
<br /> said system and improvements to include all incidental material,
<br /> appurtenances and work necessary for a complete improvement; and
<br /> (4) 75th Street S.W. from Hardeson Road West to 20th Avenue West, by the
<br /> acquisition of necessary right-of-way, and the installation of a 12"
<br /> water system, fire hydrants, an 8" sanitary sewer system, lift station
<br /> and force main, a storm sewer system, and by the construction of
<br /> concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, street lighting system and
<br /> a traffic light signal at the intersection of 75th Street S.W. and
<br /> 20th Avenue West, said systems and improvements to include all
<br /> incidental material, appurtenances, and work necessary for a complete
<br /> improvement.
<br /> (5) 75th Street S.W. from Hardeson Road West to a point approximately
<br /> 305 feet West of the West line of 16th Avenue West; by the under-
<br /> grounding of electrical and communication facilities and to include
<br /> all incidentals, materials, appurtenances and work necessary for
<br /> a complete improvement; and
<br /> (6) 16th Avenue West from 75th Street S.W. to 200 ft. South of South line
<br /> of 75th St. S.W. by the undergrounding of electrical and communication
<br /> facilities and to include all incidentals, materials, appurtenances and
<br /> work necessary for a complete improvement; and
<br /> (7) Hardeson Road from 75th Street S.W. South to a point approximately
<br /> 365 feet South of the South line of 75th Street S.W. by the under-
<br /> grounding of electrical and communication facilities and to include
<br /> all incidentals, materials, appurtenances and work necessary for
<br /> a complete improvement;
<br /> and creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor: And providing
<br /> for the payment of said improvement by special assessments on the property
<br /> in said District under the mode of payment by bonds or installment notes.
<br /> Section 2: Ordinance No. 588-79, Section II which reads as follows:
<br /> THAT AN IMPROVEMENT BE MADE OF:
<br /> (1) Hardeson Road, from S.R. 526 North to 75th St. S.W. by the installation
<br /> of a 16" water line connection to existing 16" water system, fire
<br /> hydrants and storm sewer, sanitary side sewer installation from
<br /> existing main, and by the construction of an asphalt overlay, concrete
<br /> sidewalk, curbs and gutters and street lighting system, said systems
<br /> and improvements to include all incidental material, appurtenances,
<br /> and work necessary for a complete improvement; and,
<br /> (2) 16th Avenue West from 75th St.S.W. South to 80th St. S.W. by the
<br /> installation of fire hydrants, storm sewer system and the construction
<br /> of an asphalt roadway, concrete sidewalk, curbs and gutters and
<br /> street lighting system, said systems and improvements to include
<br /> all incidental material, appurtenances, and work necessary for a
<br /> complete improvement; and
