1 Inspection Fee <br /> 2 Section 304 . Any person, firm, company, <br /> 3 governmental unit or corporation requesting <br /> 4 a Housing Code compliance inspection by the <br /> 5 City of Everett shall pay a fee of TWENTY- <br /> 6 FIVE dollars ($25) at the time of such request. <br /> 7 Section 4 , Section 204 of the Uniform Housing Code, <br /> 8 1979 Edition as promulgated by the International Conference of <br /> 9 Building Officials is hereby amended by deleting: <br /> 10 Section 204 . It shall be unlawful for any <br /> 11 person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, <br /> 12 enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, <br /> 13 convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or <br /> 14 maintain any building or structure or cause or <br /> 15 permit the same to be done in violation of this <br /> 16 Code. <br /> 17 and inserting in its place: <br /> 18 Violation and Penalties <br /> 19 20 . 3 Any person, firm or corporation violating <br /> 20 any provision of this Code shall be deemed guilty <br /> 21 of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, <br /> 22 shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed FIVE <br /> 23 HUNDRED ($500) or by imprisonment in jail not <br /> 24 to exceed six (6) months , or both fine and imprison- <br /> 25 ment. Each separate day or any portion thereof, <br /> 26 during which any violation of this Code occurs or <br /> 27 continues , shall be deemed to constitute a separate <br /> 28 offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be <br /> 29 punishable as herein provided.
