EVERETT DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENT — RUCKER AVE. <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. July 16, 2018 <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • It is assumed that the City will design and prepare the Plans, Specifications, <br /> and quantities and unit costs for all elements of the water main design. <br /> • The water main replacement will be a separate bid schedule. <br /> • Design services by the Consultant for the water main's horizontal or vertical <br /> alignment are not included in this Scope of Services, but may be provided as <br /> an additional service. <br /> • The Consultant will not perform a QA/QC on the water main Plans, <br /> Specifications, and Opinion of Cost provided by the City. <br /> • The Consultant will incorporate the Special Provisions prepared by the City <br /> into the appropriate sections of the master set of Special Provisions prepared <br /> by the Consultant. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Inclusion of the City provided water main Plans, Specifications, and Opinion of <br /> Costs with the Rucker Avenue Contract Documents for advertisement. <br /> • Inclusion of the water main quantities in to the Rucker Avenue Bid Schedule <br /> to be provided for advertisement. <br /> Task 6 — Median Alternative Analysis <br /> The Consultant (Makers) will prepare two alternative concepts to potentially replace the <br /> Trellis urban design concept and structures, The Consultant will coordinate with the <br /> City's interdisciplinary committee to get input and present the concepts. This will <br /> include up to three (3) meetings with City staff (one to hear concerns on current trellis <br /> concept, and two to present draft concepts and final concept). The Consultant will <br /> prepare conceptual graphics for each concept. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Consultant will review current design with city and hear concerns. <br /> Page 11 Scope of Services <br />
