Up to (2) sheets. <br /> • Preliminary cost estimate <br /> Task 7 - Revised 90% Roadway Design & PS&E Preparation <br /> The Phase 1 Rucker and Hoyt 90% design will be separated into a stand-alone Rucker <br /> Avenue PS&E set. This portion will be reviewed and revised based on comments and <br /> direction from the City on the Phase 1 90% design. The Consultant will parse the <br /> project sheets from the previous 90% submittal for the complete project. The <br /> Consultant will prepare 90% contract plans, specifications and opinion of cost estimate <br /> for the proposed roadway improvements. <br /> PS&E design and preparation will be based on the following standards: <br /> • City of Everett "Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for <br /> Development", current edition as published on the City website; <br /> • City of Everett "Stormwater Management Manual", 2017 version; <br /> • AASHTO guidance "A Policy on Geometric design of Highways and Streets", 2011; <br /> • WSDOT "Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction", <br /> 2018 edition; <br /> • Plan sheets will prepared based on City of Everett Public Works Survey & CADD <br /> Standards, using Autodesk Civil 3D 2016 or newer; <br /> Page 12 Scope of Services <br />
