EVERETT DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENT — RUCKER AVE. <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. July 16, 2018 <br /> Task 8 - 100% Roadway Design & PS&E Preparation <br /> The Consultant will prepare the 100% design and PS&E package based on comments <br /> and direction from the City's review of the 90% submittal. <br /> This task will consist of the following work elements: <br /> 8.1 Preparation of 100% Plans: <br /> It is anticipated the 100% level PS&E plan set will include the same sheets as <br /> identified under Task 7. <br /> This work element will include the Consultants review of the City's 90% PS&E <br /> review comments based upon the 90% submittal. The Consultant will attend one <br /> review meeting with the City staff, and provide a written response to the City's <br /> comments. <br /> 8.2 Preparation of 100% Specifications: <br /> The Consultant will review the City's review comments based on the 90% <br /> submittal and prepare the 100% technical specifications. <br /> 8.3 Preparation of 100% Opinion of Cost Estimate: <br /> The Consultant will prepare a quantity estimate and 100% Engineer's Opinion of <br /> Cost Estimate. The Consultant will also review the City's review comments based <br /> on the 90% submittal, and make revisions as necessary. <br /> 8.4 QA/QC Review: <br /> An internal Consultant quality assurance/quality control review of deliverables will <br /> be conducted, as well as confirmation that comments received have been <br /> addressed. A record of comments received will be maintained. Response to each <br /> comment received will be tracked to confirm that they have been addressed. <br /> Page 17 Scope of Services <br />
