EVERETT DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENT — RUCKER AVE. <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. July 16, 2018 <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • It is assumed that the City will provide the Consultant with one set of written <br /> compiled comments from the City staff. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • 7 Sets of 1/2 size Plans, Specifications, and Opinion of Cost. <br /> • Electronic copy of Plans in PDF format. <br /> • 4 sets of hard-copy Specifications and one electronic copy of Specifications in <br /> PDF format. <br /> • 7 hard copies and one electronic copy of Opinion of Cost Estimate in PDF <br /> format. <br /> • Written response to City's 90% Comments. <br /> Task 9 — Final Bid Document Preparation <br /> The Consultant will prepare final bid ready contract Plans, Specifications and Opinion of <br /> Cost. The final documents will be prepared based on comments and direction from the <br /> City from the 100% submittal. It is assumed that the comments to the Plans, <br /> Specifications, and Opinion of Cost will be minor in nature, and major design changes <br /> will not be required. <br /> This task will consist of the following work elements: <br /> 9.1 Preparation of Final Bid Documents: <br /> The Consultant will revise the100% Plans, Specifications and Opinion of Cost <br /> Estimate based on City comment and prepare a final, ad ready, PS&E package. <br /> This will include the preparation of the Bid Schedule to be included in the <br /> Specifications. <br /> Perteet will coordinate with Builders Exchange to provide a hard copy of ad <br /> ready documents. <br /> Page 18 Scope of Services <br />
