EVERETT DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENT — RUCKER AVE. <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. July 16, 2018 <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The City will issue addendums and submit to Builders Exchange. <br /> • The City will take the lead on the project once the bid has been awarded. The <br /> City will provide a copy of a standard Letter of Award. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Up to 2 Addenda provided to City. <br /> Task 12 — MANAGEMENT RESERVE <br /> This task encompasses optional, additional or unanticipated minor design tasks that the <br /> City may desire to complete as a part of the Project. Before proceeding, the Consultant <br /> shall prepare a scope and fee outline for the additional services for the City's review and <br /> the services shall not begin until both parties agree upon the scope and fee, and the work <br /> is authorized by the City's Project Manager. A maximum of an additional $25,970 has <br /> been budgeted for this task. <br /> PROJECT DELIVERABLES <br /> Designer's services shall be limited to those expressly set forth herein. If the service is not <br /> specifically identified herein, it is expressly excluded. Designer shall have no other <br /> obligations, duties or responsibilities associated with the project except as expressly <br /> provided in this Agreement. <br /> The documents, exhibits or other presentations for the work covered by this Agreement <br /> ("Documents") shall be furnished by the Consultant to the City upon completion of the <br /> various phases of the work. Whether the Documents are submitted in electronic media or <br /> in tangible format, any use of the Documents on another project or on extensions of this <br /> project beyond the use for which they were intended, or any modification of the Documents, <br /> Page 22 Scope of Services <br />
