(3) Briefing on the City of Everett and Vera Whole Health Near-Site Clinic Agreement. PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (4) CB 1807-25 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance adopting the Metro Everett Subarea Plan, repealing the Everett Downtown Plan and the Everett Station Plan in accordance with Sections 2 and 3 of this Ordinance. (5) CB 1807-26 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance concerning the Everett 2015-2035 Comprehensive Plan, amending Ordinance No. 2021-94, and as amended by Ordinance 3454-15. (6) CB 1807-27 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the Zoning Code by adding two new chapters regarding Metro Everett uses and development standards for Metro Everett and Core Residential Area, amending Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended.
