(8) CB 1807-29 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending City Regulations including Administration and Personnel, Revenue and Finance, Health and Safety, Streets and Sidewalks, Buildings and Construction, Land Divisions, Zoning Code, Environment, and Traffic to be consistent with New Development Regulations to Implement the Metro Everett Subarea Plan, and revising Ordinances in accordance with Sections 1-74 of this Ordinance. (9) CB 1807-30 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Streets and Sidewalks, Land Division and Zoning Regulations to be consistent with New Development Regulations for Off-Street Parking and Loading, amending Ordinances in Accordance with Sections 1-28 of this Ordinance. (12) CB 1808-34 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, `2019 Federal Overlay Project," Fund 303, Program 114 to accumulate all costs for the improvement. CONSENT: (13) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,222,639.71 for the period of July 28, 2018 through August 3, 2018. (14) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $7,559,292.81 for the period of June 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with CG Engineering to provide structural engineering support services at Reservoir No. 3 in an amount not to exceed $35,028.00. (16) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with 2812 Architecture for the Water Filtration Plant in an amount not to exceed $29,200.00. (17) Authorize the Mayor to execute and administer in conjunction with the Washington Department of Licensing terms and conditions for access to and use of the Driver and Plate Search and Driver Information and Adjudication System databases.
