EVERETT DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENT — RUCKER AVE. <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. July 16, 2018 <br /> Consultant may be provided as an additional service and may be <br /> supplemented to this Agreement. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Letter and preliminary plan set to franchise utilities. <br /> • Copies of 90%, 100%, and final plans to franchise utilities. <br /> • Meeting agendas and notes. <br /> Task 5 -- Water Main PS&E Coordination <br /> The City will prepare a design and Plans, Specifications, and Opinion of Costs (PS&E) for <br /> a water main replacement, anticipated to be installed on Rucker Avenue from Pacific to <br /> Everett Avenue. The Consultant will coordinate with the City.to incorporate those <br /> construction documents in to the Contract Documents for the Rucker Avenue <br /> Streetscape project being prepared by the Consultant. <br /> This work element shall include the following tasks: <br /> 5.1 Coordination With City: <br /> The Consultant will coordinate with the City on the progress and the design of <br /> the water main to ensure there are no conflicts between the two projects. This <br /> task will include checking for conflicts, horizontally and vertically, with the <br /> Consultant's design elements with the water main connections at the project <br /> match limits. This includes up to one (1) meeting with City staff. <br /> 5.2 Inclusion of Contract Documents: <br /> The Consultant will incorporate the water main construction documents in to the <br /> Rucker Avenue contract documents, including the Plans, Specifications, and <br /> Opinion of Costs. The Consultant will include the water main Plans, Specifications, <br /> and Opinion of Cost with the Consultant provided contract documents for the <br /> 90%, 100%, and Final Submittals. This task will also include incorporating the <br /> water main quantities in to the Bid Item List for advertisement. <br /> Page 10 10 7 Scope of Services <br />
