EVERE E DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENT — RUCKER AVE. <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. July 16, 2018 <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> This agreement includes professional services to provide engineering and consulting <br /> services for the second phase of work on this project. <br /> Task I - Project Management & Delivery <br /> 1.1 Meetings, Coordination, Project Schedule: <br /> Attend coordination/discussion meetings with key City staff, and attend other <br /> meetings as needed. This element assumes up to 3 meetings. Maintain on- <br /> going contact with the City's Project Manager via informal meetings, telephone <br /> discussions, and electronic mail. The Consultant will prepare a master project <br /> schedule, in Microsoft Project format, and provide one schedule update. This <br /> task includes preparation and coordination of change management. <br /> 1.2 Staff and Sub-Consultant Coordination: <br /> Perteet will provide project schedule and budget coordination of the project <br /> between City staff, Perteet staff, and sub-consultants' personnel. <br /> 1.3 Progress Reports, Invoices and Budget Management: <br /> The Consultant will prepare monthly progress reports and invoices for submittal <br /> to the City.
