Add new item# 105 entitled, "Project Changes" at the agreed to <br /> lump sum price of$8,402.64, resulting in an$8,402.64 increase to the Contract. <br /> New Item # 106—Project Electrical Changes. Add new item# 106 entitled, "Project Electrical <br /> Changes" at the agreed to lump sum price of$26,691.87, resulting in a$26,691.87 increase to the <br /> Contract. <br /> Total Cost of added items in Change Order#2: $35,094.51. <br /> JUSTIFICATION <br /> New Item # 105—Project Changes. Changes made to the project by City of Everett Utilities, <br /> Engineering, and Technical Services Group as part of Change Order# 2 are as follows. This item is <br /> added to account for labor, equipment, and materials costs for added work that was not in the original <br /> scope of Contract. <br /> 1. Install storm drainage piping across COE Water Transmission Line Easement. <br /> 2. Install drainage piping to existing catch basin. <br /> 3. Install COE provided shoring trench box in trench. <br /> 4. Install additional sump pump and manhole modifications. <br /> 5. Install additional 2-inch sump pump drain. <br /> 6. Install, spread, and compact COE provided Crushed Surfacing Top Course (CSTC). <br /> New Item # 106—Project Electrical Changes. Changes and repair work by Electrical Subcontractor, <br /> at the request of the City of Everett's Technical Services Group as part of Change Order# 2 are as <br /> follows.
