• <br /> 1 work to be accomplished by the City personnel or by <br /> 2 private contract under the direction of said Building <br /> 3 Official. Plans and specifications therefor may be <br /> 4 prepared by said Building Official or he may employ <br /> 5 such architectural and engineering assistance on a <br /> 6 contract basis as he may deem reasonably necessary. <br /> 7 Section 9 : Section 901 of the Uniform Code for the <br /> 8 Abatement of Dangerous Buildings is hereby amended by deleting: <br /> 9 Sec. 901. The Director of Public Works shall keep <br /> 10 an itemized account of the expense incurred by the <br /> 11 City in the repair or demolition of any building done <br /> 12 pursuant to the provisions of Section 701 (c) 3 of this <br /> 13 Code. Upon completion of the work of repair or <br /> 14 demolition, said Director shall prepare and file <br /> 15 with City Clerk a report specifying the work done, <br /> 16 the itemized and total cost of the work, a description <br /> 17 of the real property upon which the building or <br /> 18 structure is or was located, and the names and <br /> 19 addresses of the persons entitled to notice pursuant <br /> 20 to subsection (c) of Section 401. <br /> 21 and inserting in its place: <br /> 22 Sec, 901.
