• 1 and file with the Clerk of this jurisdiction a report 2 specifying the work done, the itemized and total cost 3 of the work, a description of the real property upon 4 which the building or structure is or was located, 5 and the names and addresses of the persons entitled 6 to notice pursuant to Subsection (c) of Section 401. 7 Section 10: Section 909 of the Uniform Code for the 8 Abatement of Dangerous Buildings is hereby amended by deleting: 9 After confirmation of the report, certified copies 10 of the assessment shall be given to the Assessor and 11 the Tax Collector for this jurisdiction, who shall add 12 the amount of the assessment to the next regular tax 13 bill levied against the parcel for municipal purposes. 14 and inserting in its place: 15 909 . After confirmation of the report, certified 16 copies of the assessment shall be given to the City 17 Assessor and the City Tax Collector, who shall add 18 the amount of the assessment to the next regular tax 19 bill levied against the parcel for municipal purposes , 20 and the City Treasurer shall proceed to collect the 21 assessment in accordance with RCW 35. 80. 030 (1) (h) . 22 Section 11 : The Uniform Code for the Abatement of 23 Dangerous Buildings is hereby amended by the following addition: 24 CHAPTER TEN: EMERGENCY PROCEDURE 25 City Council Action.
