• <br /> 1 order, and that the demolition be completed within <br /> 2 such time as the Building Official shall determine <br /> 3 is reasonable. <br /> 4 and inserting in its place: <br /> 5 401 (b) (3) (iii) If the Building Official has <br /> 6 determined that the building or structure must be <br /> demolished, the order shall require that the building <br /> 7 <br /> 8 be vacated within such time as the Building Official <br /> 9 shall determine is reasonable (not to exceed 60 days <br /> 10 from the date of the order; the order shall state <br /> 11 the date and time of the City Council meeting at <br /> 12 which the Building Official shall submit a resolution <br /> 13 of demolition to the City Council) . The resolution <br /> shall state that all required permits be secured <br /> 14 <br /> 15 therefor within 60 days from the date of the resolution, <br /> 16 and that the demolition be completed within a time <br /> 17 certain that the City Council shall determine is <br /> reasonable. <br /> 18 <br /> A resolution of demolition shall be enforced under <br /> 19 <br /> the provisions of Chapter Seven of this Code , as now <br /> 20 <br /> or hereafter amended. <br /> 21 <br /> For the purposes of this Code, a resolution of <br /> 22 <br /> demolition shall be treated as an order from the <br /> 23 <br /> Building Official insofar as determining notice (Chapter <br /> 24 <br /> Four) , Manner and Procedure of Appeal (Chapter Five and <br /> 25 <br /> Chapter Six) , Enforcement (Chapter Seven) , Performance <br /> 26 <br /> of Work (Chapter Eight) , Recovery of Cost (Chapter <br /> 27 <br /> Nine) . <br /> 28 <br /> If the Building Official has determined that the <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 -8- <br />
