Whenever necessary to make an inspection to 3 enforce any provision of this Code, the Building Official or his authorized representative may enter any building or premises as prescribed in 4 Ordinance 315-74, Chapter 1.12 EMC. 5 Section 21: Article 2 of the Uniform Fire Code is hereby amended by adding a 6 new section, Section 2.110. 7 8 Fire Marshal Order 9 (1) The Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention, or someone acting under his direction, shall order all dangerous structures, buildings, 10 places, conditions, or materials to be removed, corrected, vacated or demolished in such manner as shall be specific and set forth in 11 an order, which shall be substantially the following form: 12 FIRE MARSHAL ORDER 13 City of Everett 14 To: 15 16 (Name of party to whom order is issued and description of premises or places by street address.) 17 You, and each of you, are hereby notified by the undersigned Fire 18 Marshal that an inspection of the premises or place above- described was made on the day of 19 19 , at which time there was found upon said above-described premises or place conditions particularly dangerous to the safety of 20 persons and property and especially liable to fire or spread of fire.
